Offer opportunity to develop professional skills and knowledge by fostering a business-like working environment. (e.g. clear structure of operations where each member is responsible of certain duties, clear deadline (due dates) for completion of given tasks, group meetings and presentations)

Conduct workshops and seminars designed to educate people (both students and non-students) about the financial markets and investment.
